Processing Times
All orders are processed within 5–10 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order contents. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Preorders
If your order includes a pre-order item, please note that pre-orders will ship once the book becomes available

You may choose at checkout to:

• Ship items separately (additional shipping fee), or
• Ship everything together when the preorder is ready

 

All preorder customers receive their books early — before retailer release

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery timeframes will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

If you haven’t received tracking details within the processing timeframe, feel free to reach out, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Lost or Delayed Orders
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur.
