Shipping details: All orders will be packaged and shipped within two weeks of purchase, except for special edition preorders, which typically take three to four months from the order placed to ship out to customers. Check the preorder listing for expected shipping date.
Refund Policy: No refunds will be offered on items after 7 days. We ask that all items are returned within 7 days of receipt of your order. Once we have received your order back to us, in the condition it was sent out, we will process your refund.Refunds are only processed on orders if there is an issue with your order; IE: a book is printed in a manner that makes it unreadable.

Note: If you have a preorder item and an item that’s available now in your cart, you will have to option to split shipping or to just pay single shipping. Single shipping will mean both items will ship together when the preorder is available. Split shipping will mean you receive the items separately.
