We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, so please double-check your order before completing checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in packaging every order, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we're here to help.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Clear photos of the issue

We'll review your request and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible. If a replacement is available, we'll send one out; otherwise, we'll provide an appropriate solution.

Lost or Delayed Orders

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive tracking details to follow its journey.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please reach out and we'll assist in locating your order or advise you on next steps.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.
